At age 26 Steven Kunes was recruited by TV legend Norman Lear to write comedies for his company, Embassy Television. This eventually took him to motion pictures, where Kunes became one of Hollywood’s most successful script doctors.

In spite of his success. Life took a series of bad turns. Steve found himself, broke, homeless and eventually doing jail time. But, at 60, he picked up the pieces and turned his life back around.
In 2015, he created the hit comedy series “Over My Dead Body,” which streams on Amazon Prime. On November 14, 2021, Kunes delivered a TEDx talk “Square One at 60” in Philadelphia.
